There was no structure in place — just open yard space with no designated entertainment or outdoor living area.

We built this custom pool house from the ground up, handling everything from foundation and framing to utilities, masonry, and finish work. The project included full electrical, plumbing, and structural installation to create a fully functional space.

The completed pool house now features:

• Integrated lighting and electrical
• Professional tile and masonry finishes
• A covered, resort-style entertainment space

What started as empty space is now a high-end poolside retreat designed for hosting, relaxing, and year-round enjoyment.
